There is no strict age restriction to use Netscale. However, by using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under applicable law.

4. User Accounts

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Netscale is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

5. User Responsibility for Shared Information

You are solely responsible for any information you upload, share, or display through the Service, including:

• Contact information

• Networking preferences

• Virtual business card content

You confirm that you have the right to share such information and that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Virtual Business Cards and Unregistered Users

Netscale allows users to exchange virtual business cards, including with individuals who are not registered users.

By sharing data with a Netscale user through this feature:

• Unregistered users acknowledge that their information will be processed through Netscale

• Unregistered users agree to be bound by these Terms automatically upon sharing their data

Registered users remain responsible for ensuring that any shared information is appropriate and lawful.

7. AI-Powered Recommendations Disclaimer

Netscale provides networking recommendations using artificial intelligence.

These recommendations may include:

• Suggested contacts to meet

• Events worth attending

• Insights based on professional context

While Netscale aims to improve networking efficiency, you understand and agree that:

• Recommendations are informational only

• Netscale does not guarantee outcomes, introductions, or business success

• You remain fully in control of all decisions and outreach

Netscale is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated suggestions.

8. Freemium Model, Pro Plans, and Corporate Services

Netscale operates under a freemium business model:

• Basic features are available free of charge

• Additional features require upgrading to a paid plan (“Pro”)

• Corporate plans may provide expanded functionality for organizations

Pricing and plan details will be displayed within the Service.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or plan structures with reasonable notice.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid subscription:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees

• Subscription payments may renew automatically unless cancelled

• Fees are non-refundable unless required by Spanish consumer law

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

• Netscale is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or business losses

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to Netscale in the previous 12 months, if any.
